How to register to use the Employee Covid-19 Self-Certification Tool (ECSCT)

How to register your company on ECSCT
  • Open the software registration window
  • You will see a form like the one below for your Company Registration. Please fill it out
  • After filling out the Company Registration form, you’ll need to fill out the “Setup Administrator Form” This is to establish an administrator for your company’s use of the ECSCT Tool. PLEASE NOTE: The password you enter in this screen is the password you will use to login to the system. Please write it down to use when you login to the system.
  • When you click the blue submit button, the following page will appear and you should follow the instructions sent to your email Step by Step instructions on how to register your company in this video
